Steps toward the goal:
1) SAVE LEFT OVERS
2) BRING TO WORK TO EAT
3) JUST DONT BUY FAST FOOD AND
4) EAT MORE AT HOME
OK OK OK so I’ve started. I am sucking at it. I cook way better than Taco Bell, KFC and Wendy’s, which are the only fast food places within my work vicinity…so why do I keep being lazy?
This is my DOWNFALL. I must stop eating out so much.
I spend sooooo much money on eating out and I just discovered Mint.com and have to credit the site for really making me take notice of my terrible food habits and spending habits!
My goal is to for one week- starting NEXT WEEK- not to buy anything extra or special or convienence-y in regard to food. I will eat breakfast, lunch and dinner out of my home and if I don’t have it out of home I will forgo until I get home.
It will be interesting to see if I can do it and not give in…A little test for myself.
