own a home

Ok so I have been living in my new home for a while now! Actually we ended up closing on November 30th and I can not be happier! i love my new home And I love spending time here! Its amazing!

YAY!

well i wasnt able to close today like we had planned. the bank wanted a clarification on a student loan thingie.. but we should close on Novemeber 30th. I am really hopeing that this is going to be done… its been a long process. i know it could have been way worse but… grr.. it could have been way better too!

I got preapproved… and well.. the exciting part is that I put in an offer to a house that I love!!! Ok so the offer is super low but who knows.. they can say no right or they can say YES and i could get an amazing deal! but.. I am trying to not put too much emotion in right now… Its a waiting game now.

so i have an appointment with a morgage company tomorrow! ok i am scared to death now! i want to just crawl into bed and just not go!

i have called a morgage company, asked them to meet with me (now i have to set up an appointment) the only thing now is i have this nervous um scared energy about it..

but its exciting! i might be closer to this than i thought

of course this is a long term goal, not till i am either a successful nurse or i am married. but in time hopefully i have my own home
