Every day: sit-up, leg push up, jumping jack, weight and stretching.
T and TH: Yoga, Pilate.
S and U: 30 min work.
Watch your diet.
Add dancing and hiking whenever possible. They are fun and they burn calories.
By 6/8: 142 lbs
By 6/22:140 lbs
Must be 140 lbs by Feb.28, 2012.
