Well this year, I am tring a few things. I planted a few bulbs last fall, and they are coming in through the snow and rain already. Indoors, I started a pot with seeds, a few with calidrums and Hostasthey are good indoors and out. I was going to plant a few in the garden in mid summer. So that I have the same thing indoors that I have outdoor. I want to see if they grow at the same rate or if it is slower indoors.

I had to go to the hardware store and stopped in the plant department never could get out of those stores with out a plant. picked up some new soil and a few hosta, along with my mortar, and tile.
This new planting soil is suppose to help grow health roots. I also picked up a few packs of antihistimines. I love plants and gardening but I am allergic. I just want control over it that's all. I did say I hated it. Just control over the condition. Now I am suppose to sit back and wait for summer.
My mom had some sprigs form last fall in the window growing in a jar of water. I put those in a pot and reset them in a clean jar. I'll take them back to her in a few hours. I have a bush in the backyard that has to be trimed every year. I usually take a few sprigs and restart the bush in a few sites around the yard. I might be able to grow a wall around the primitar of the back yard after a few years, but it will take a while.

The joke 2 years ago

I had a garden that was going pretty well for the first part of the summer. I was on a roll everything was green and orange with white trim. but I broke out in a rash in the begining of August and ended up burnning the lawn and most of the plants. I put a good scrub on my rash and vitamin E with antibiotic cream then I put a heating pad on it to get the pores to open and take in the creams. It go reall hot around town and my grass turned brown, the plants turned yellow and it was over. I am still itching but lesson learned.

The roses 2 years ago

It’s working the rose bushes took to my back yard they are growing. I planted them early this month and theyhave started to grow after all. I guess getting married has a few perks after all. I am going to go ahead and try some tomato plants.
maybe try another azeala bush. I tried a few years ago and they died.

Roses are Red, Pink, Peach, And White 2 years ago

I planted red roses and peach. I am praying these will take. I got married that should account for something.I evan saved money and I am sitting still taking my med’s sometimes. I deserve a better garden. a fuller garden a living garden. I should just make a water garden with a pond.

AUGGHH! 3 years ago

I went looking for bulbs this weekend and Found none. They were all over the place in the spring, so what’s up? now that it is fall and the normal time to plant your bulbs for the spring I can’t even find one bag. The Damn Dog, has already dug up a bunch of big holes in the back yard now what?

I planted some annuals a few years ago. 3 years ago

They are doing very well.I had cut them back last fall, I think that made all the difference they seem to be fuller and more floral than last year.

how my garden grows 3 years ago

I put 3 big bags of top soil in last month. I’ll buy more later on in the month. What is the differance between top soil and potting soil?

Spring is just around the corner. 3 years ago

Time to try once again to grow flower from seeds.I always try than run out in May and buy starter plants. Last year I through out some sunflower seeds. The only thing in the backyard that did grow, were the sunflowers. Everything else was on pause until they finished and died in August. It is interesting, and frustrating. I have given up on trying to grow vegatables. No matter how much water I give them, they always seem to come up prunie and uneatable.

Planting a Garden 3 years ago

I have been trying to plant a garden for 3 years now. I plant bulbs that only have grow. I put in annual after annual. The growth pattern is slow. It has taken three years to see any real development at all. I keep trying though. I am going to try mixing the soil with a different compound of furtilizer this spring and fall.
