I’d like some suggestions. Bluntness is probably in order…

I’m having trouble finding time to get to the gym. Between the job, the girlfriend and maintaining a midweek social life, there isn’t time to go the gym I’m registered in. But this still has to be just a matter of perspective – taking advantage of a busy schedule to make the normal excuses.

How should I approach my schedule, when I’m trying to carve out new time for the gym? Do I simply have to take a hit in one of the above areas after all?
