This is going terribly! I’m nearing the end of it though. I can tell. A few more cravings out of the way and I’ll go back to eating and even more than that cooking a lot more healthily. I just need to be cooking things more than I am. Lots of healthy and nutritious things sound good, so I just have to transition a bit more. Try to get five a day and eight glasses of water. I’m cutting out all candy and pop, even though I don’t drink hardly any pop, cause the dentist said so, cause I have a ‘warning’ on one of my teeth. I have perfect teeth, and I ain’t letting em get messed up! So there’s that. I don’t care at all if I have treats once in a while or when I want them, but I’ve been having cravings for certain foods over the last number of weeks and I’m just sort of checking them off my mental list. Really when I have things like that it doesn’t even taste good. Not as good as something else would. I want to get back to more fruits and vegs (I am so picky with my produce sometimes it makes it difficult, aka finding the ‘perfect’ ones’), to things like sandwiches, hummus, soups, bagel and cream cheese, oatmeal, whole grains, chicken, etc. Instead of things like cheetos, lucky charms, cookies, candy, etc etc etc. Look for foods in their most natural form and get things that are good for your body! I want to start taking better care of myself, teeth, skin, nutrition, water, knees, working out, stretching, etc.
