The DVD thing…I really liked my Louise Solomon pilates DVD a lot. But I am actually going to start an actual class. I joined a fitness facility and I can go to any class whenever I want. They have a class called Group Centergy, it’s a combination of yoga and pilates and the idea is to do that 3 times each week. The days I’m available at the right times are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday so I think I’ll at least go tomorrow and try it.

This is so depressing. I adore my random walks. My 10pm walks just to get out and give my legs some exercise. And this snow is just depressing. Its cold and yucky and who wants to do ANYTHING with it being so cold and nasty outside? Horrible excuse, I know. I’ll do this sometime soon but I really wish I could go to the park or something. Theres trees and real oxygen in the park.
I’ve tried Pilates a few times and I really like it. It’s one of those things that, for me, is better done with a DVD than a class at a studio just because its like yoga in that it’s quieter and more personal. Life just gets too busy for these things but I’d like to go back to it and stay with it
