I have no clue what day I’m on and I don’t really care. I LOVE the feeling of having just completed crunches. I love it!

I’ve been really bad about this. I did a really good set on Thursday and Friday that I got from bestabs.com. I do the basic level for lower abs, upper abs, and obliques. In addition to that, I have lower body exercises that are supposed to work the abs and obliques, some of which I got from Megan. I’m really into this exercising thing. I don’t at all miss my fad diets thats required absolutely no exercise. The thing about physical activity is it’s not all the scale. It’s about the adrenaline rush, the sense of accomplishment, feeling your endurance building, sculpting and toning your body. It’s so much more than just running for 3 hours every day, killing yourself, and praying your bathroom scale notices.

I had a really long day and I honestly have no clue if I did them or not today. I don’t think I did.

I think I’ll call this done when I’ve done it for 28 days.
