go to peru

I’m going to go to Peru in 2008, I hope in within the first 6 months. I don’t have specific plans yet, but I think that if I haven’t made the trip within the year, the resason for wanting to go will have ceased to exist.

Peru seems like such a dark, exotic, mysterious, and dangerous country. But, of course, there’s this man who lives there…and there’s Mario Vargas Llosa, who can make you believe that anything, anything can happen there. Once I go, there’s a chance, I think, that I might not come back.
