Researching

I spent a couple of hours on the web researching local gate contractors. I now have at least two companies that look reputable. Dealing with contractors has been such a nightmare in the past just thinking about this ties my stomach in knots. This time I’m going to be really rigorous in checking licenses, references, and creating a solid contract before I part with dollar one.

I really need to get the barn finished And the run in shed repaired before I start this one. Otherwise, when the CRC folks do a site visit to approve our gate plans they’ll probably hit me with fines. Maybe I can just get the exterior paint done and then start the gate?
