I’m getting back in the habit of writing a to do list in my planner every morning with one section for stuff that has to be done everyday and a second for tasks specific to that day. I’m still putting down way more stuff than I realistically have time to do. Right now I’m adding time estimates to each task so I can more realistically schedule what can really be done. I think this is going to be a skill that will take some practice to acquire.
