But I’m in the middle of exams. I have an exam tomorrow and I promised to meet the boy after because I’m starting to forget what he looks like. But I’ll squeeze this in, either before the exam or before I meet him.

Haven’t done it every weekday, but have done it quite a few weekend days anyway, so I think I’m doing the same amount either way. Getting a bit obsessed, hate letting a day go by without doing this. Think I’m getting smaller. Or toning up or something.
Didn’t work out today, had to meet a friend at the last minute. Definitely tomorrow, and will do extra to compensate.
But I can’t really tick it off, can I, cus I’m meant to be doing it ever week… how unsatisfying.
Which, I admit, could techinically, be called weekdays.
But I’m gonna do it Saturday and Sunday this weekend to make up for it.
And I’m gonna work out in about half an hour. No. Excuses.
There’s gonna be socialising over Christmas to ridiuculous degrees.
I get scared when I think of all the food, and ALCOHOL, and non-exercise there is gonna be. And the turkey. I haven’t a hope in Hell of coming out skinnier than I went in…
I switch it up between walking and running, and I’d forgotten how much you feel it after a speed walk, I really think it tones. So, it’s Tuesday. Didn’t do this yesterday but today was just the beginning. Now to do it Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I really think regular exercise and getting a job I enjoy could, no exaggeration, change my life!
Worked out every weekday last week.
Now it’s Monday again and I’m psyching myself up.
