So I completely slacked off, the last quarter of 2009 and beginning quarter of 2010, and I have gained a total of almost 20 lbs. I was at 120lbs. The weight gain started out slow. I gained 5 lbs in 2008, then I gained 5 more in 2009, then I gained 10 this year. So that puts me at 139lbs. My goal weight for now is 120lbs and I am completely determined to lose this weight. I cant fit into any of the jeans that I have, except for 2 pairs that I bought recently, and which I rotate. I really want to lose them ASAP. I have a trip coming up on June the 17th, and want to look like I did before. I’m actually hungry as hell right now, but I think I’ll go to bed, before I commit a travesty.
So, I’ve actually put off losing those 15lbs that I really want to lose. I’ve gained around 7lbs since December, and I’ve kept the weight since. Well, I am determined to lose this weight and fit into my skinny jeans that I don’t fit into at the moment.
I currently weigh 124lbs, and I wish to weigh at least 110lbs. I was at 119 for a while, but later on ended up gaining to 130 on a vacation that I took back in April. I’ve lost 6 lbs since then and I’ve seem to hit a plateau. It’s really frustrating, and nothing seems to be working, but I started going to the gym and I’ve started noticing some results, so yay for that!
