I really need to do this to feel better, have more energy, etc., but for some reason I have absolutely no motivation to work out. I have joined Curves and I was good about going for like one week. It is so easy- it only takes 30 minutes and it is a step towards getting in shape, but I am having so much trouble! I have never been in really good shape. I need to form new habits, but it is really hard.
