Week 2 Wednesday

Oh my gosh I am getting worse at this not better. 6.54 today, that nearly half an hour worse than it was last week.

Not very happy with myself about this. Needv to try harder.



Tuesday 9th

6:47am I am getting worse! Poo! This is worse than before I started the goal.



Monday Morning...

Poo Poo Poo! 6.45! I am back to my old habits!
Tomorrow I will make a real effort. But the beds so warm…. I just love sleep!



Day 4

06:43 I am struggling with this. I am getting up earlier than I was but still a little way off wanting to be out of bed as soon as my alarm goes off.

I am not falling back asleep asleep which is a big improvemnet but this goal needs more work.

Still I have time! Mmm a juicy lie in tomorrow – no alarm! Bliss!



Day 3

06:40 Herm… I seem to be slipping a little!

I was awake which is a bonus as usually I try and fall back to sleep knowing I will only get 2 mins extra. My aim however is to be able to get straight up when my alam goes off to remove the temptation of falling back to sleep.

Not doing too bad though!

Up at 06:34. Not bad at all.



Day 1

Up and awake at 06:30. Out of bed by 06:32. Yay me!

Lets see if I can do it again tomorrow…
