I do this on a fairly regular basis. In spite of having a minimum-wage job and still living with the parents, I make donations when I can afford to. Being a poor student is tough!

Well this “goal” never really ends, because of course there is always more you can donate. Whenever I see people with donation boxes out and about I always make a contribution, even if it is insignificant (due to me being a poor college student!). But when I have the means I will make more sizeable donations. What angers me is people who are clearly well-off financially just walking straight past people seeking donations.
