Edinburgh Castle rock, which looks like big sticks of chalk, and probably the same texture, but sweet, and each color is a different flavor. very nice. Also, whisky fudge, without doubt, the best fudge I’ve ever eaten. I hogged it all and finished the whole thing in one day. Thank you Dr Ram Babu.

One of my friends in Edinburgh sent me some Scottish chocolate. This one is made with haggis spices. Very unusual, but I imagine real haggis doesn’t have that chocolate taste.
It is said, “Although its description is not immediately appealing, haggis has an excellent nutty texture and delicious savoury flavour.”
...I went to Princess Garden. This is the famous flower clock. The hill above holds Edinburgh Castle with the Black Watch. The road from the castle to Holyrood House is called the Royal Mile. It has a lot of interesting shops and pubs. While enjoying a pint of ale in one of the pubs, an old man sat by me and talked to me for a half hour. I couldn’t understand a word he said.
I’v been to Scotland (Glasgow and Edinburgh), but regretfully, I didn’t make it to Loch Ness. It has, for a long time, been a dream of mine to go to Loch Ness and look for Nessie. I believe in Nessie. I don’t know why, I just do. Also, after watching Andrew Zimmern eat haggis, I want to give it a try. He makes anything look like it tastes good (although he hates durian, and I love it). My college room mate moved to Edinburgh where he lives with his Scotish wife. That gives me another reason to go and a free place to stay. Can anyone tell me what haggis is like?
