Startup #2: Try to bootstrap my own company

My first startup was successful, but I was mostly a tech guy building what needed to be built. We had a lot of OPM from the beginning, started down a few dead ends, but eventually got acquired.
Take two, Writertopia, is an attempt to bootstrap a company with minimal resources. Advantages include a long time analyzing tech trends, decent programming skills (although new to chosen platforms), and wanting to build something special for a new passion—writing.
