Help A Million People with their vitality

About a year ago I felt I was no longer to be in an office setting permanently. We have too much sickness in this world and country and it seems as if it is only getting worse. It is a mission we all must take on; we need to act in a positive manner to slow and hopefully reverse the affects of disease on our populace. When Nixon declared the war on cancer 1 of 20 was the stat!! today we are 1 of 2 with an additional 3 of 5 to get heart disease, diabetes up something like 700% and how many autoimmune diseases are there now? Well it seems like whatever we have been doing has not worked too well. What I do know is that the stats in my office did not match the “norm” and I believe it was because people took control of their health and decided that they didn’t want to wait until symptoms of disease would show up they wanted to do something proactive. Well the more people that decided they would take charge of their own destiny the more that I realized we need to be pillars of hope to those that want to do something productive on their own accord. We have started on this journey, but it is not one mans battle it is our responsibility to each other to embetter ourself and each other or maybe the word is empower?! Once we know what to do we can all move forward in Life, Vitality, and Peak Performance to help others do the same!
