Well, I just researched a little about juice fasting, mostly to lose a little bitta fat and to feel better. My biggest problem is gonna be the fact I like food…the taste, chewing, etc. And I have mild hypoglycemia (the kind most everyone has) so I tend to be very grumpy if I dont eat. Bless my dear mother who has to put up with me. So, my next steps is to A) See if I can find a cheap juicer or an alternative way to obtain juices and B) just doing it. Let’s see how this goes. (C’mon, perseverance!)
