BUT – I’ve been working with a personal trainer on my weight loss goal and DAMN I can’t do as many as I thought.
I thought I was doing them correctly, but I’m not – evidently.
I was doing them fast and not low enough.
It’s TONS harder if you slow down.
Also – they’re harder if you look forward. PT doesn’t do them that way – but my understanding is that that is proper form as well.
I’m not sure I could ever do 100 of them using proper form. We’ll see though.

I’m going to do 20 per day for a while.
I’ll increase the number when they’re consecutive and my form is perfect. This includes head looking forward and not down.

I predict that I will stay at 15 for a while. It’s kind of the getting started number and I think a good plan is to do 15 each morning for a while until it’s not so hard and then start adding more push ups as I go.

Next time, I’m shooting for 15.

I’ve been doing some weight training.

I can only do 15 right now. Consecutive.
I will work on this near daily.
