I am reading a book about sewing. I hope it will hell calm me. I am nervous about setting the tension. The actual sewing is not challenging. It is a lot like pottery…you have to set the clay in the center of the wheel before you can spin anything. That is my problem. If someone else centers the clay, I can make beautiful things! So, if my mommy sets the tension for me, I can sew like a crazy woman.
I started with some curtains and a skirt for my desk. They look really great! I need to do some other projects. I started a purse, but I never finished sewing together the pieces. It matches a really dorky skirt that I sewed YEARS ago.
