I had a goal to “lose 20 kilograms,” and even though yes, I would like to lose weight, as a goal it just doesn’t excite me or energise me. I certainly haven’t been doing much about achieving it! I thought, what if, instead of trying to “lose” something, I tried to “gain” something.
I plan to regain energy by spending energy… I know it sounds odd. I’m just drawn to this goal, and I hope to report that I reach this goal soon!
