Wow!

Wow! Well, It’s been about a month,
Since the summer, I went from 160lbs to about 145lbs- ish
So, I’m doing pretty good.
Plus the volleyball practices and tournaments have really tooken a toll on my overall heath now.
I am extremely cleaning my basement now, So then I’ll have it to workout in.
I want to go from 145lbs to 110lbs or so,
Plus get rid of the stretch marks on my thighs.
Anyhow.. My goal date is still to loose about 5lbs a month and that will lead me to about may- the time to start shopping for summer!



Ugh,

No time to excersize, Goal time running out.

Changing up my eating habits and my excersize routine. No more just running. Full Weight training And cardio. All winter.

New goal date: January 1st. Want to start off 2009 on a good foot.

Getting in Shape

Okay.. Well, My family reunion didn’t go as well as I planned.
My friend who I brought was being negitave, Anti-social (Listening to her iPod all fucking weekend.)
Although.. I did have fun. I got go swimming a whole lot! Like all day for 3 days-I also went water skiing and tubing. FUN!

I mean, My weight loss plan is going on a downfall.
I Havent been working out or doing anything..
I saw a picture of me in my bikini and I’m just like “That needs to change.”

So I have ajusted my goal.

My goal is to be 110 pounds from 140- By december. (Or January 2009)

So What I’ll do in the fall is go running and strenth training (plus cardio) till December.

Plus from November till April- Is volleyball season. Then December till May is Basketball. :)

So, The reason Im doing this goal is to look good for my annual family reunion. Plus when I graduate, I want to be a size 5 AT LEAST.

So It’s 7pm- And I’m going to go for a run in about 5- 10 mins :)

GET IN SHAPE

okay, So.. It’s the day before the family reunion and Im not packed.. I havent been working out..

I’m just off task! Oh well..

The next few weeks are going to be hecktic.. Im babysitting for an entire week.. Then i’m going to camp with friends for a week.. Then I have a week till school starts :S

Wow.. Fun!

Well, Ill try to keep on task with dieting and loosing some inches.

Getting In Shape

July 28th?- Wednesday. 140 pounds even.

Since the beginning, I was up to 146 pounds. Now, Im down to 140.
I now am running every night and strength training 3 times a week.
So this weekend is going to be a ton of excersize. It’s my Family Reunion and There’s going to be ton of swimming, paddle-boating, kayaking and Jumping off the diving rocks. Saunas! Good times.. Good times.

So my goal this upcoming weekend is to get to 135 pounds because my metobolism is really fast going and there’s plenty of oppertunities to excersize.

I’ll basically be outside all weekend-!

I think my progress is going pretty good, I need to work on my diet a little bit but you know.. Im starting to eat a little less and Watching what I eat in portions and such.

Hopefully I start achiving more in the month of August!

WEEK ONE: SUNDAY.

well, Its almost the 1st of August and I havent lost any inches or fat.

Since their’s only 1 month till school starting, I better get excersizing.

So basically my plan is to excersize intensely 3days a week, And only go for a run every other day.

When school starts, I am going into a recreational gymnastics program for extra excersize.

Ontop of that, I am doing basketball and Volleyball in school.
That runs till April.

Basically, Ive set a new goal, By New Years Eve 2009, I want to be 110 pounds.
For the fall, I will switch up my excersize by walking to school every morning and taking the bus home only in the evening.

Plus, I will have a special P.E Class to build my strength.

Basketball season will be a big excersize advantage because I will be one of the top players on the court (So I will be on about 70% of the game (games are about hour and a half long.)
:D

I honestly feel pretty confident about loosing that weight.
For my monthly goal, I want to loose 10lbs just to top off what I was last year (130).

Shrink my way down through the fall and By December, I will be a size 5 again! :D
