My teeth are shifting as we speak. 3 years ago

I’m supposed to wear my retainer every night. I put it on maybe twice a month, just to make sure it still fits. I have very expensive dental work that will be completely ruined if I don’t wear the retainer, but I still never wear it. My goal is to wear it at least every other night.
