Week 4 complete

Okay, 4 weeks in and not missed training yet. Training program steps up after week 5. Really quite enjoying it and definitely feel much fitter now than I did 4 weeks ago.

Okay, I got weighed the other day and I have put on 1/2 stone since my last fitness test, 3 years ago. I’m putting myself onto a 10 week excercise programme and lets see how it goes. Such joy!
