Am getting better at doing this regularly and am aiming to do 5 minutes a day every day. I’d love to get myself to do 20 minutes a day.
I’ve managed to do a small bit of meditation every day for the last 3 days but I’d like to get into the habit of doing it daily.
Tried some simple breathing meditation this morning. It only lasted about five or ten minutes but I have got an amazing amount of work done today. Quite an amazing effect.
