When you plateau as long as I have, without losing wieght OR inches, it’s time to look at other aspects of your life. To that end, I took a battery of tests designed to determine what kind of diet would help me the most, and discovered that counting calories is not as important, for me, as counting carbs.
More important than all of those, though, is eating more often. Not MORE, just more frequently (and smaller portions when I do).

I didn’t write about this before, because I wanted to get into it first. But I’ve been a month, four times a week, aerobics and resistance mixed, and am starting to see results. Weight down consistently under 260 now (it had been between 260 and 265).
