I’ve been doing the incline twice a week and I really feel like I am getting into shape. My best time so far is 48 minutes but I’m shooting for 40 by the end of the summer.

I’ve been spending most of my time outside this summer, I love it.
I’ve been hiking a lot and am going to start doing the incline every week. 3000 vertical feet in 1 mile…Ouch!
