be able to communicate with people (without feeling stupid)

i worked recently as a fund raiser on the streets, course considering i feel like a tool when trying to make conversation with strangers, well i wasn’t any good at it.
so i quit yesterday, but hay at least it helped a bit, an improved my confidence a little as well

i was on the bus stop, and a girl sitting next to be turned to me and out of no were she started talking to me. we talked and talked, an talked and talked. through the whole bus journey we talked, it seemed to just fly by… i wish i stayed on there longer. but not only could i listen to her all day, she was beutiful i was lost in her eyes. and from the conversation i learned just how different she was from all my expectations. i havn’t been able to get her out of my mind since. the power of conversation :)

i envy poeple who can just walk up to someone and spark up a conversation. i have esteem issues, and i desperatly try being excepted so im afraid of being a fool, that is until im around my friends (then im just a big jack ass). i just want to loose all inhibitions and be able to talk freely and just not give a shite.
