Dear All,
I figure my diet is about as good as it is going to get. I don’t drink coffee, just herbal tea. I have a handful of almonds a day. No fast food—-especially McDonalds, I seldom have any fried foods. I only indulge in a sweet treat about once a week. I stopped having an egg every day.
I consider this goal to be pretty much complete, though I suppose it could always be considered a work in progress.
