My total weight loss goal: loose 54 lbs
Short term weigth loss goal: loose 24 lbs in 6 months
I’m really tempted to fast and loose it all at once – but I know that is unhealthy, so I am trying to work on lifestyle change.
Loosing weight will improve my self concept and also possibly my fertility.
I’m trying belly dance, watching my portion sizes, need to start cutting out some more impulse food items too (like the flavoring in my mid day coffee). Increasing physical acitivity is my #1 weight loss strategy at this time.
I already am pesca vegatarian (not ready to give up fish completely just yet – but I have cut way back on cheese) and only eat fried food once every month or two – I need to make it never.
