I found that I have trouble with vowel sounds. I also found that if I’m speaking in a fake accent or a different language, I don’t have as much trouble

I stutter all the time. Mostly it’s vowel sounds, sometimes s, and rarely r. I’ve tried speech pathologists, but they don’t work.
