Since Easter, I’ve fallen off track, so I’m choosing to exercise starting TWO days of the week and progressively increase until I get into the habit of doing it every single day.
Tomorrow and Wednesday (time permitting, see homework and class schedules and how they work) I’m going to spend 1.5 hours at the gym.
Jogging is my exercise of choice, but I don’t think I can maintain jogging the whole time. However, I’m going to start out jogging 2 laps (on the indoor track, that’s 1/2 a mile) this week, next week 3 laps, and so on.
Also, I’m going to do 40 sit ups everyday from now on.
