At 5’1, I’m at an embarassing weight of 145 lbs.
135 lbs is nothing special for my frame either, but at least that’s somewhere in my comfort zone. I just feel awkward and fat and gross now.
135 lbs is only slightly off the mark, but the ideal weight for someone with a “large frame” as myself is 118 lbs. 135 lbs is a pretty good halfway mark but I’m procrastinating a little bit with my diet because every time I say “I’ll start tomorrow!” I don’t do it, so I’m giving myself a few days wiggle room.
