Sigh…what to say…I am noticeably out of shape, I can’t hardly life 40 lbs without hurting myself, I’m flabby and pasty…how did I let myself backslide this much in 9 months?

Ah well…I felt I had to be honest, with myself and those doing this with me. Now that I am aware, I need to get back on the horse. Back to walking and working out and no more laziness!

Got it set up on the tread mill and the glider at my house. Downside to my house is that there is no AC. 90 degree weather is not what you want to be waling in all day. ah well, been there done that I guess.

Anyway, i feel less restless when I am on the treadmill as I feel like i am doing something. I’m trying to stay as active as possible throughout the day, I must say, doing the treadmill thing really keeps me thinking. so YAY!

My other great hope is that this will help with my constant melancholy that I cant seem to kick even though its bright and sunny outside.

HAHAHA, I figured out a way to fool myself, and that’s to do crunches while I am watching my nightly TV. Tonight I managed forty before my stomach told me to F-off.

I miss the days were my job was all the work I needed in a day…sigh

been holding steady at 160…which is actuly good since I’m not working right now. Still, I’m gonna start a home routine now so I can get into the bikini this summer…very excited about that :)

I’m not sure how much I have actuly lost (i don’t own scales right now), but I know my clothes are a lot looser, and I had to move my blet up two notches!!! Hopefully I will get a working set of scales soon, but untill then, This is just fine!

I have gotten myself down 5 lbs, and with my new job starting it’ll be easy to get excersize in! Yah for physical labor type jobs!

So I thought I had my eating under control, but the last few days I have been tracking my eating and its waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy over my limit. On the up side, I get about 2 hours of exercise a day.
