Hmmmm

I’m having trouble finding unprocessed things to take to work for lunch. Any ideas? Of course fruit or a sandwich…anybody have any non-boring suggestions?!?

My first step is to track everything that I consume. Starting….tomorrow! I will track everything that I eat. This way I’m making sure that I am staying in my limit. This is expecially important since quitting smoking.
