Instead of going it alone I joined a Sun Run clinic in January of this year. I am in week 7 of training and today I did a 5k run. 6 more weeks and we are there!

...starts this weekend in Vancouver. I guess it is now or never. My plan is to use the posted UBC training guide. Since it snowed today (yipes!), I think I’ll be in the gym for the first while.
