I haven’t done this for a while but I saw it on someone else’s list so thought I would do it and see if it has any impact on my life for this week coming!

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Going to bed earlier. I love getting up early but I haven’t been doing it as I am up too too late!

2. What was I most proud of this week?
Doing SOME of my routines even though I have been so darn sick!

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
Finishing sorting my ribbon collection. It has tidied up a large area in my scrap room and will make it a LOT easier to scrap in the future. I also have finally found a system that will be easy to keep up as I buy new ribbons!

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
Majorly working on my to do list has helped with an energy blockage.

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
Being so sick! I finally was getting to the point that I was motivated EVERY day and while I am still so motivated my body has given up. I NEED to find out what is wrong. It is not arthritis as previously though so I will have to look into that further!

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
I don’t feel I have wasted any time this week. I am VERY proud of myself :D

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?
I am not ready for children. I want to get my health up before I contemplate this. This is HUGE for me as I have been so clucky.

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Keeping up with basic routines, adding in more de-cluttering!!!

2. What was I most proud of this week?
I worked!!! I worked 8 nights and although I was exhausted, my body DIDN’T shut down. Some progress!!!

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
Paying off debt. It really is coming down quickly. I bought a few scrapbook items but all the rest is going on debt reduction. Go me! I am sooooo close now.

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
Pay off debt, spoke to family, worked on my friendships and relationship.

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
Staying at a friend’s house in the town I have just moved from. It was out of my comfort zone in many ways. I was in a town (for work) that was no longer ‘mine’. I felt really displaced! My friend is pregnant so wasn’t feeling well and barely spoke to me while I was there due to us both being exhausted. I wasn’t around my stuff and really found all round out of sorts.

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
I didn’t feel like I had any time to waste. I know it’s not true but working again had a HUGE impact on my body, although not as debilitating as I was expecting thank goodness!
I worked and slept and that was about all.

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?
I need to get moving on my secret project!!!!!!!!!!!
No more excuses!

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Keeping track of my budget! Saving money!
I over spent at Scrap Camp this week as I thought I had some money. It actually was for rent and I had forgotten to pay it. I NEED to keep track of this more. I am getting there though.

2. What was I most proud of this week?
Looking after my flatties. I am really nesting and I cooked, I cleaned, I ironed. I love feeling all womanly!!!

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
Staying in control evan though my boyf broke up with me and I had a new flattie move in.

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
I stayed broken up from my ex even though he begged me to come back. His reasons for breaking up with me were sound. He was right we were NOT suited long term. It is hard but so easy at the same time.

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
Not being able to talk to Ryan. Normally we talk several times a day and everytime I was sad or down I automatically picked up the phone to talk to him…

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
Same as always. Getting lost in myself, watching tv and computer.

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?
I want a baby. I need to get prepared…

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Before bed routine. I am not sure why but I struggle with this. As it is the monthly focus on Flylady it is the best time to try and make it a habit.

2. What was I most proud of this week?
Explaining to Ryan (who I was staying with) that housekeeping and organisation are NOT natural skills of mine. I was able to illustrate how hard I was working without feeling like a failure and with him understanding and respecting me more.

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
Sitting down and having a look at budget info. It has really stressed me in the past so I have been avoiding doing it. I was so proud of myself for doing it this week. I now have a fairly good idea of WHERE I want my money to go and HOW I want to budget. I still need to sit down and finish it off but I am very pleased with my progress thus far.

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
Looking at a budget, keeping up with routines even though I was away from home, spending time with loved ones, spending time around strangers in a social situation.

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
Being in a social setting with older women. I am not sure why but I was so intimidated by them. I struggled! I keep having inferiority issues.

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
Well it would possibly be time spent on the computer. I was playing sudoku though so I don’t mind too much. After having my brain just stop thinking clearly for a year it is nice that my brain is now working again…

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?PAY OFF DEBT!!!
Ha ha that I REALLY want a people mover LOL

Staying up late!

To focus my energy on becoming debt free and exercising.

I am having a very weird week emotionally. Sooo I have decided to count this as week end and the moment I get off the computer I will count as a new week. Hopefully this will allow me to move past whatever block I have!!!

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Getting up at a decent hour. I am physically and emotionally shattered but the more I sleep, the more tired I feel. So going to set my alarm clock and drag myself out of bed.

2. What was I most proud of this week?
I have made a huge dent in the tasks that I am doing for ‘Eat that Frog’ I have done a lot of those fiddly little jobs that I have been putting off.

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
Getting the visual parts of the house organised

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
Lots if you count that I have identified them more clearly in my head. I have started making clear stap by step instructions on how to reach them and I am moving towards them.

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
I am an emotional wreck this week and I can’t work out why. At first I thought it was Dida dying but now I am not sure. I need to work on getting back into a routine and that may help.

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
Sleeping, although I really felt like I needed it. However the longer I stay in bed the more tired I feel. It is a loose/loose situation that must stop.

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?
I want my home to be my haven. I need to stop focusing on boys and focus on myself.

On a side note, I need to stop being silly when people don’t meet my needs. The thing is I am human but so are they!!!

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Keeping up with the housework. I have been babystepping through the last few weeks in my new house and I am impressed with how far I have come however I want my house to be company ready at all times as I want clients to be able to drop in. I want to keep up with my routines and following the flylady emails so that the actual cleaning is down as well.

2. What was I most proud of this week?
The change in my attitude. Even though I had been feeling sickly and tired I have still done cleaning without grumping. I might not have done as much as I would have liked, but the old me would have not done anything at all if I was feeling like that.

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
Reaching my PV target

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
Working through Eat that Frog which is helping with procrastination. I donated blood which I want to do every three months and I am building on cooking a healthy meal every night.

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
I found it really hard to stay motivated. I realised though that it was a lack of sleep so I am going to head to bed earlier next week.

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
Sleeping in too late! (Early to bed, early to rise!!!)

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?
I have to get back to the gym!
Trust my intuition more, it hasn’t let me down ever!

Monday 7th April 2008 21 months ago

I was moping last night so didn’t enter these. It’s monday morning so I will do them now :)

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Getting up at 5.30am. With the end of daylight savings this still feels like 6.30am so it is achievable. If I get up at 5.30am then I can have breakfast and supplements and be at the gym when it opens at 6am. I want to become a morning person again. I am slightly scared that I wont have enough to do but I will then go to bed in the evenings when I am tired and it will encourage me not to watch television. It will allow my productivity to come out… I hope :)

2. What was I most proud of this week?
Paying Aaron his money back. That is a debt that is off my shoulders and I feel so proud that I was able to pass that money over without regret. in the past this wouldn’t have been the case!

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
Getting/Staying motivated. I had a head cold and I allowed it to take over my life. I slipped back into my sickness patterns. I am a little disappointed with myself but I am NOT allowing it to be self sabotage. I made a mistake, now I am moving on!

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
Watching DVD’s. I spent days curled up in bed watching movies. While I don’t regret it as such, I wish that I had included a few other things in as well. I got a major case of cabin fever last night because of this.

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?I MUST be on the conference call on Wednesday night.
Non-negotiable!

Working! I have found it to be very hard work. I am exhausted trying to fit it into my life.

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
I wasted a lot of time this week being exhausted. I have just sat and done nothing, it was so silly of me.

Tuesday 18 March 2008 21 months ago

I wasn’t near a computer on Sun so I will update these now.

1. What will I try to improve on next week?
Talking to more people about the business and the products and about health and wellbeing in general.

2. What was I most proud of this week?
Staying for a training session, even though I was exhausted and had plans as soon as it ended. It turned out to be one of the best that I have attended and gave me a LOT of motivation.

3. What was my biggest accomplishment this week?
Onr thing that I was VERY proud of myself for was not allowing someone else’s bad mood to bring me down. I went out dancing for my friends birthday. It was a shambles from the start. They were an hour late arriving, even though I had left my cousin’s leaving party to meet them. Rather than getting mad I decided to just lax and wait patiently. When they did arrive we headed into town and finally got to a club. They were all just mucking around so I decided to just go dance. I had a great time. One of the girl’s felt sick and brought everyone else down. Not be, I decided not to let anyone else dictate my mood and I kept enthusiastic. Had a GREAT time and danced for way longer than any of them. Went to another club but they weren’t sure if they were going to go in or go home. I decided to go dance while they decided. I dance hard and was ready to head home by the time they decided it was time to leave lol. Really showed me that if you do your own thing (within respectful limits) it pays off in the end!

4. What have I done to get closer to my life goals this week?
I attended a Neways training meeting, I talked to several people about the business and got new customers. This will help build my business!

5. What was hard for me this week, and why?
Not going to the gym. I was out of town and didn’t have access to a gym. I had ended up there unintentionally so I had no sneakers or anything to exercise. I went for a few walks but in heels it wasn’t too pleasant.

6. What was my biggest waste of time this week?
My biggest waste of time was also the thing that motivated me so I am glad that it happened. I did a favour for a friend and then went to my aunts house with no car. My ride fell through so I ended up being there for a week and away from home for a week and a half. Although I ‘wasted’ time there, it was the best thing that I could have done. Because I was there I had a lot of time to think about the Neways meeting I had been to that Sat. This motivated me to think about the business and decide if I actually DID want to put 100% of myself into it.I decided that I do so I spent time talking to people about my business. I read books that got me in the right frame of mind also. ot having clutter around to distract me allowed me time that I needed to refocus.

7. What ideas for my future did I have this week?
Follow the Endeavour Programme!!!
