Yesterday I met a lady who lived by us when I was a child in Tesco’s and she said “You’ve put weight”
I think this would be a lot easier if pies,cakes and scones didn’t tastle so nice
Maye if I list what I eat I will realise what I am actually eating
Today _ I have had some syrup cake that my boss gave me
some cheese and bissuits with soft butter that my freind gave me
~A cream cheese and fresh tomatos from my freind in a butty
and two digestive biscuits
chicken brocolli and potatoe with onion sauce
aero chocolate moose
one home made jam tart
I think that is probably too much
and then my husband has just brought the biscuit barrel in again
and before I realised it I have had about 6
I can only eat biscuits in twos
I go to the bank with my paycheck each month- a few months ago – I took my bank card out of the “machine” on the counter too soon – and the lady’s computer crashed.
Since then I have used the quick pay – in desk – avoiding her – anyway she wan’t there today – so I went to the counter and met one of the cashiers who I hadn’t seen for months —-—-she looked amazing.
She had lost a lot of weight and looked really well and happy.
I asked how she did it ….............by cutting down on what she ate and exercising…................is it that simple?
