I’ve wanted to do this for a while really..
I enrolled in an 8 week long ‘1-day-a-week’ course (I think it was) a few years ago, but the class was very big and it’s not a natural talent of mine, so I constantly needed to ask “is this right?”, which is annoying enough, but I had to skip one of the lessons, so I fell so far behind, I stopped going.
I have my own sewing machine, but whenever I’d get it out my grandmother would hover over me like a haunting ghost, I couldn’t relax and just practise, it felt terrible.
But I do want to learn. I love Lolita fashion and gyaru fashion, and although I’m a bit of a brand-whore, making my own things would be amazing. Especially Loli!
