So I had this post in response to someone comments, stupid me, I have so many returns on it I thought for some reason the comments had been attached to my goals. In any event, it was so long winded (as a response to someone elses stuff) I felt guilty and deleted it. BUT, there were things in here about me that should be on here…so here’s the copy:
Thanks for your compliments
I am such a tattoo nut, thank god I just simply can’t afford lots! LOL.
I have been planning my next, well, let’s be honest my next and the one after and the one after that and so on and so on. SO basically I seem to have a 5 year plan. LOL
I was in Sudbury last year and met these wicked chicks with a tattoo parlor, they were cool so I think I can and will trust them to work on me next. But what is the question. WELL, I have decided even though I don’t love my fattyish back I have decided I have to love who I am now not wait for the skinny girl inside me to make her way out. So I am gonna go for the back or side tattoo that I want. I SO badly want the goddess Diana, so I will likely get a personalized version of the original statue.
Next dilemma is I have a tribute tat to mah granny, will want want of my gramps. Long story as to why but it’ll likely be a moose, which for the life of me, I don’t know where the F WORD to put it. So I got to thinking.
Diana the goddess is usually portrayed with a hound or a doe…why not leave that space blank and have plans to tattoo a moose there…a little weird but what’s wrong with a little weirdness in ink? I truly just came up with this, in the throes of a migraine, somewhere between sleep and outright onconsiuosness from pain. I don’t know how I feel about it but wouldn’t mind any opinions from true tattoo lovers. I know there would be some size issues, but I am okay with a slightly larger tattoo to make room for a moose, and also I am okay with an anatomically incorrect moose in comparison to the goddess – i mean, a goddess is larger than life right? it would make sense if she was larger than the moose…LOL
ANYWAYS, so after that I will get the owl who is associated with graduation (my graduations present to me)
After that…maybe some henna designs as a permanent tattoo on my untattooed foot….oh the possibilities. Anyways. Diana will be next summer no matter the moose, the moose will be after gramps passes away (which god forbid may very well be in the next five years), graduation owl will be in 2 years and henna foot in 3. Thus my 5 year plan.
Anyways, Thanks for you support on this goal, it means a lot to come across fellow tattoo lovers, it seems like so many people are divided on the issue. But I respect peoples values…
