... this is very good progress. And 30 minutes goes by so quickly as I am so focused.
And if I can practice these 18 moves each day, I will be so ready for the next 3 moves next Wednesday.
is helping me remember how the arms and torso move. When I’m not sure how to move my arms for a form, I ask myself which moves make for graceful flow. And then I can figure out the right moves.
... and I was noticeably lithe in my movements the next day. Is the connection valid?
I will do this routine more often and observe what happens after.
I took a break of several months while other aspects of my life took precedence. I’m glad to be taking it again. I hope to learn to “Be mindful” at any time. I know I need to do that in order to quell the compulsiveness that is always close to the surface.
I found my notes from before. Looking forward to reviewing them over the next few days.
... and also bought 2 dvds, one showing the Yang Form, which is what I’m taking, the other more of a series of Tai Chi postures put together either to wake up to the day or to wind down at night.
