How to start chapter one 8 months ago

Iam blessed that I have a semi worthy memoir, or as I should say a hopefully soon to be Memoir, its just that I have not written anything in quite some time to contribute to my book, however last month I did however complete a month certificate program that will help me with the book, so I take that back.
