Keep up with the maintenance/upkeep of my home

A Mystical Sea Green… very relaxing and smoke free.

Now on to figuring out what to do with the floors and replace the furniture I gave away – the couch i.e.

Spent my entire Sunday afternoon doing Fall cleanup.
Cut back all my plants, removed weeds and weedwacked/mowed… for the last time this season?

ok, that’s done…

but I’ve been too busy having fun to get to any of the other stuff

and that’s a great thing!

Someone told me that it is possible to replace only one side of one’s roof. That would make this a more affordable project.

If I let them grow I lose light in the front gardens and they look like crap.

If I remove them completely I get more trash from the street and more importantly more soil erosion by the supporting rock wall… possibly leading to a crumbling wall.

I guess I’m stuck with the regular trimming of these guys!

I think I’ll use a spray for this area and the side of the house.

I can’t use the spray in the enclosed backyard area anymore because of Hugo, my dog.

one of them fell apart this winter, needs new screws to reconstruct it.

adjust locking mechanism so that it catches and I stop using garbage can to keep doors closed

will have to get someone to do this for me – I don’t do ladders anymore!
