yay! 5 down, and I feel really great! I’ve been walking more and eating better, and this wonderful spring weather is really motivating.

So maybe specific poundage isn’t PC, but I plan to start with 10 pounds and go from there. I know the whole thing about muscle weighing more than fat and the real goal should be overall health, yada yada. But I do need to loose a little weight. Beyond that, I do want to be more healthy, flexible, strong, energetic, etc – all the benefits of being more fit. I didn’t want to say “loose weight” or “be more healthy” because I need fewer abstract goals – I have enough of them already.
