create a list of 100 must-read books and read them.

I’m going to live with my grandad for a few months this summer so will be reading all the time i’m going to create this list so i can start buying them.
I’m not gonna include books i’ve read i think thats more appropriate for a best 100 books list?

Any suggestions?

I haven’t started my list yet but i wanted to suggest two contemporary books which i love so much and think truly deserve to be read and should be in peoples top 100 list
1)the woman who walked into doors, by Roddy Doyle. This is a real sad, really fast paced story with a working class, crime fulled Irish back drop.
2)How to be Good, By Nick Hornby. This book is touchingly funny and true i love it
