we found a PERFECT piece of land for a small farm store, and enough room to have an educational hobby farm.. anyone looking to support that philosophy ?
The location really is perfect. asking price $175k .. we would need that granted, we would put up another $175k to make it work.
(I have experience in business and restaurants, wife is a nurse, we both have a n ice hobby farm now (last 4 years) chickens, meat birds, garden, bees, goats)

I am trying to make a small organic farm, with veggies, chickens for eggs and meet , goats for fiber and milk/cheese, and a few meat goats. We have wood growing here aplenty, to use to help save oil,and to use to make lumber and rustic furniture.

I have to live in a slim margin until things get going… I’m going to put a PayPal button here for anyone interested in how I will help the world at large and live good life with a small footprint.
