I’m so totally out of shape, I can’t believe I have this great rowing machine and it sits there… collecting dust. I hopped on it today at lunch, rowed a 2k. 10:50 I suck!!! thats more than a minute off my personal best… I had to stop and catch my breath 2-3 times. I can feel tightness in the back of of my shoulders and my legs were a little wobbly when I stepped off.
I rowed on my C2 last night for 15 minutes. It was the first time since last August. It felt good… afterwards, not so much while I was doing it.
