Damn, just tried it again, and did about the same. My deltoids are definitely feeling it now though. I’ll have to remember to try again later. I completely forget that I have this goal.
The last time I tried this I did 1:50, so I KNOW I could mark this off easily if I just push a little harder. I won’t try right now since I already did a ton of plank-like exercises today but I want to try this again later.
Yesterday, I did it for 1:30 and today for a little more than 1:40. Woot! I’ll have two minutes down in no time—especially if I can up it ten seconds every day or so.
